We make all products 100% in house, in small batches with high quality materials. Each ornament is hand strung and inspected to ensure the best quality. Great for gifts or collecting memories from your travels.
Important! Every item is handmade and may show minor differences from the picture. Wood engraving may be darker or lighter from each other, as it’s organic.

We are a small operation and each ornament is made to order. In order to do this effectively, we only ship out orders twice a month, usually the middle and end of each month. We will need at least 4 days of production time depending on what day your order is submitted, it could take 1-3 weeks to ship your order.

Refunds are processed if the item is damaged or the item is incorrect. Contact us with clear images of the damage within 14 days of receiving the item. We always check out the quality of each item before sending it.

Please note that due wood being a natural product, the colors and grain on the wood may vary slightly to the image above.

Items that have the wrong size can be changed or returned as long as you can pay for return shipping. Items can only be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Contact me if you want to exchange an item. Items must be in the original state.

An item received late, a slight color difference or a change of mind will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
